Services under the Finotive brand are provided by the relevant group entity identified in the applicable product terms, client agreement, onboarding documentation, account-opening documents, trading terms, payout terms, payment terms, or service-specific legal notice.

Regulatory perimeter
Regulatory permissions, registrations, authorisations, and licences held by one Finotive group entity do not automatically apply to any other Finotive group entity. Finotive One Limited does not itself provide brokerage, investment, deposit-taking, custody, clearing, futures commission merchant, or regulated financial services unless expressly stated in separate legal documentation.
Finotive Markets (MU) Limited is regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius under licence number GB25205544. Services of Finotive Markets (MU) Limited are available only where permitted and only to eligible clients who complete applicable onboarding, KYC, suitability, jurisdiction, and compliance requirements.
Product-specific terms prevail
If a product-specific agreement identifies a different entity, additional entities, or additional obligations, that product-specific agreement will govern the relevant service. Users should read the terms, risk disclosures, privacy notices, and regulatory disclosures that apply to the specific Finotive service they access.
No cross-guarantee
No Finotive group entity guarantees the obligations, performance, losses, payouts, debts, or liabilities of another Finotive group entity unless expressly stated in a written agreement or required by applicable law.
