This page explains where Finotive.com, the Finotive One account, and services provided by Finotive group entities may be restricted or unavailable.

Restrictions may be based on law, regulation, sanctions, regulatory permissions, payment-provider rules, platform-provider rules, banking rules, product design, internal risk controls, fraud-prevention requirements, tax requirements, or compliance policy.

2. General restriction

This website and the services of Finotive group entities are not directed at, and are not intended for distribution to or use by, any person in any country, territory, or jurisdiction where such access, distribution, or use would be contrary to local law or regulation.

You must not access, create an account, complete onboarding, use a service, make a payment, receive a payout, or use a Finotive platform if doing so would be unlawful or prohibited for you.

Finotive One Limited and relevant Finotive group entities may use KYC checks, IP checks, device checks, document checks, payment checks, geolocation indicators, sanctions screening, fraud-screening tools, and manual review to assess jurisdictional eligibility.

Finotive may refuse onboarding, restrict access, suspend accounts, terminate services, cancel transactions, withhold or review payouts, reverse payments, request additional information, or take other action where required or considered appropriate for legal, regulatory, sanctions, payment, fraud-prevention, risk-management, or compliance reasons.

You must not attempt to bypass restricted-jurisdiction controls. Circumvention may result in account closure, service termination, loss of access, payout refusal, reporting to relevant providers or authorities, and other remedies available under applicable terms and law.
