Last updated: 30 June 2026

1. Purpose of this notice

This notice explains how the unified Finotive One account, login, onboarding, identity verification, KYC, compliance checks, customer-data infrastructure, and group data sharing work across the Finotive group.

This notice should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Website Terms of Use, Legal Disclosure, Restricted Jurisdictions page, Risk Disclosure, and any product-specific terms that apply to the Finotive service you use.

2. What is a Finotive One account?

A Finotive One account is the central Finotive login and access account used to access Finotive-branded dashboards, accounts, onboarding journeys, KYC flows, customer-support functions, and services made available by different Finotive group entities.

A Finotive One account may allow you to access, request, or manage services offered by Finotive Markets (MU) Limited, Finotive Pay (CY) Limited, Finotive Funding Technologies Limited, Finotive Futures Technologies Limited, or other Finotive group entities from time to time.

Creating a Finotive One account does not automatically approve you for every Finotive product or service. Access to a product may require additional eligibility checks, onboarding approval, KYC checks, jurisdiction checks, product-specific terms, risk disclosures, payment checks, compliance review, and account activation by the relevant group entity.

3. Role of Finotive One Limited

Finotive One Limited may collect, verify, store, process, maintain, update, and share account, onboarding, KYC, and compliance information for itself and for relevant Finotive group entities.

Finotive One Limited may act as:

Depending on the processing activity, Finotive One Limited may act as a controller, joint controller, or processor. The relevant role may differ by product, legal obligation, contractual relationship, and jurisdiction. Where a Finotive group entity determines why and how personal data is processed for its own product or regulatory obligations, that entity may act as an independent controller or joint controller for that processing. Where Finotive One Limited processes personal data only on documented instructions of another group entity, it may act as a processor.

4. Information collected through the Finotive One account

Finotive One Limited and relevant Finotive group entities may collect and process the following categories of information:

5. Why this information is used

This may include sharing data with Finotive Markets (MU) Limited, Finotive Pay (CY) Limited, Finotive Funding Technologies Limited, Finotive Futures Technologies Limited, and other Finotive group entities from time to time.

Data sharing may occur when:

7. Verification providers and service providers

Finotive One Limited and relevant Finotive group entities may use third-party verification providers, KYC providers, sanctions-screening providers, fraud-prevention providers, payment providers, banks, trading platforms, hosting providers, analytics providers, customer-support tools, messaging providers, tax providers, professional advisers, auditors, and other service providers.

These third parties may process personal data as processors, independent controllers, or joint controllers depending on the service they provide and their own legal obligations. Third-party terms and privacy notices may apply.

8. Automated checks

Finotive One Limited and relevant Finotive group entities may use automated tools to support identity verification, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, duplicate-account detection, account security, restricted-jurisdiction screening, eligibility checks, risk scoring, and compliance monitoring.

Some automated checks may result in account review, additional documentation requests, temporary restrictions, service refusal, payment review, payout review, or account suspension. Where required by applicable law, you may have the right to request human review, contest a decision, or provide additional information.

9. Consequences of not providing information

If you do not provide required account, identity, KYC, payment, tax, or compliance information, Finotive One Limited or the relevant Finotive group entity may be unable to create your account, verify your identity, process onboarding, provide access to a service, process payments or payouts, respond to support requests, or comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

10. International transfers

Your information may be shared between Cyprus, Mauritius, the United Arab Emirates, the Dubai International Financial Centre, European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other countries where Finotive group entities or service providers operate. Where required, Finotive will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as intra-group arrangements, standard contractual clauses, data-transfer assessments, contractual commitments, technical safeguards, and organisational controls.

11. Retention

Finotive One Limited and relevant Finotive group entities keep account, KYC, compliance, payment, support, trading, and platform records for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including to provide services, maintain accounts, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, support audits, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, the service used, the entity involved, legal and regulatory obligations, limitation periods, audit requirements, fraud-prevention needs, and whether an account, complaint, investigation, dispute, or legal hold remains open.

12. Relationship with the Privacy Policy

This notice explains the operational role of Finotive One Limited as the central account, KYC, and data-sharing entity.
