3. Role of Finotive One

Finotive One Limited may act as the central account administrator, onboarding provider, identity-verification provider, KYC and compliance administrator, customer-data holder, technology provider, group-access gateway, and customer-support coordination layer for Finotive group entities.

When you create a Finotive One account, complete onboarding, complete KYC, upload documents, access a Finotive dashboard, request access to a service, use a Finotive platform, or communicate with Finotive, your information may be collected, verified, stored, processed, and shared by Finotive One Limited with relevant Finotive group entities and service providers for account administration, identity verification, eligibility assessment, KYC, AML, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, payment administration, service delivery, customer support, risk management, legal compliance, regulatory compliance, and group operations.

Creating a Finotive One account does not by itself create a client relationship with every Finotive group entity. Access to any specific product or service may require separate eligibility checks, contractual acceptance, onboarding approval, KYC review, jurisdictional assessment, compliance approval, and product-specific terms.

4. AML & CDD Reliance

Central account administration under Finotive One has been designed in order to facilitate passporting of KYC which means:

Your KYC will be collected only once regardless of how many Finotive entities you chose to engage with for provision of services;

Shall you choose to engage with additional Finotive services than the initial one, your KYC will be reused across the entities you chose to engage with

Disclaimer:

Finotive One Limited maintains a central customer due diligence repository for the Finotive group. Subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements, customer identification information may be reused by other Finotive group entities to reduce duplicate onboarding requirements. A regulated entity such as Finotive Markets (MU) Ltd may nevertheless require additional information, updated documentation or enhanced due diligence before providing its services.

Successful completion of Finotive One onboarding or KYC does not constitute acceptance as a customer of any Finotive group entity and does not create any contractual relationship with that entity.

5. Separate service providers

Services, products, platforms, trading accounts, evaluation accounts, funded-trader programmes, brokerage services, futures-related services, payment administration, and other offerings made available under the Finotive brand are provided only by the relevant Finotive group entity. The relevant service provider will be identified in the applicable product terms, client agreement, onboarding documents, account-opening documents, trading terms, payout terms, payment terms, or service-specific legal notice.

Each Finotive group entity is a separate legal entity. No Finotive group entity is responsible for the obligations of another Finotive group entity unless expressly stated in a binding written agreement or required by applicable law. Regulatory permissions, registrations, licences, and authorisations held by one Finotive group entity do not automatically apply to any other Finotive group entity.

6. Regulatory status

Finotive Markets (MU) Limited is regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius under licence number GB25205544.

Finotive One Limited does not itself provide brokerage services, investment services, investment advice, portfolio management, custody, deposit-taking, clearing services, futures commission merchant services, or any other regulated financial service unless expressly stated in separate legal documentation. Any regulated financial service is provided only by the relevant authorised or registered Finotive group entity, where available, and only to eligible clients in permitted jurisdictions.

7. No investment, financial, trading, legal, or tax advice

Information made available on this website is provided for general corporate, informational, educational, and marketing purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, a personal recommendation, investment research, a business recommendation, an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument, an offer to open a trading account, an offer to accept deposits, or a solicitation to engage in any regulated activity in any jurisdiction.

You should obtain independent professional advice before making any trading, investment, tax, legal, or financial decision.

8. General risk warning

Trading and investing in financial markets, including leveraged products, contracts for difference, foreign exchange, commodities, indices, cryptoassets, futures, options, and other derivative instruments, involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all persons. You should not risk more than you can afford to lose. Depending on the product, market, leverage, margin requirements, and applicable terms, losses may exceed the amount committed to a position.

Past performance, simulated performance, modelled performance, marketing examples, account statistics, payout examples, or trading outcomes are not reliable indicators of future results. See the Risk Disclosure page before using any Finotive service.

9. Simulated accounts, evaluation accounts, and funded-trader programmes

Where a Finotive service involves simulated accounts, demo environments, virtual balances, evaluation accounts, challenge accounts, simulated trading, or funded-trader programmes, the relevant environment may not constitute live market trading, brokerage, investment services, or client-money handling. The specific nature of each service will be described in the applicable product terms.

Simulated results may differ materially from live trading results. Simulated environments may not reflect all market conditions, liquidity constraints, execution risks, slippage, spreads, commissions, platform latency, or psychological factors associated with live trading.

10. Data, KYC, and group sharing

By accessing this website, creating a Finotive One account, completing onboarding, uploading documents, completing KYC, or using any Finotive group service, you acknowledge that your personal data, identity information, KYC records, verification documents, account details, usage data, transaction-related information, compliance records, risk-management information, support communications, and technical data may be processed by Finotive One Limited and shared with relevant Finotive group entities and service providers.

Data sharing may be required or permitted for account administration, onboarding, identity verification, KYC, AML, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, payments, product access, customer support, risk management, legal and regulatory compliance, platform integrity, security, audits, and group operations. The detailed handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Finotive One Account, KYC and Data Sharing Notice.

11. International data transfers

Because Finotive One Limited is based in Cyprus and Finotive group entities and service providers may operate in jurisdictions including Mauritius, the United Arab Emirates, the Dubai International Financial Centre, and other countries, the processing of personal data may involve international transfers. Where required, Finotive will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual arrangements, intra-group data-sharing arrangements, standard contractual clauses, transfer risk assessments, or other legally recognised mechanisms.

12. Restricted jurisdictions

This website and the services of Finotive group entities are not directed at, and are not intended for distribution to or use by, any person in any country, territory, or jurisdiction where such access, distribution, or use would be contrary to local law or regulation. Access may be restricted for residents, citizens where legally restricted, persons located in, or persons ordinarily operating from restricted jurisdictions, including without limitation the United States of America, Canada, Belgium, Japan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, and any jurisdiction subject to applicable sanctions, embargoes, regulatory restrictions, payment-provider restrictions, platform-provider restrictions, or internal compliance restrictions.

The restricted-jurisdiction list may change at any time. See the Restricted Jurisdictions page for more detail.

13. Third-party services and links

This website may contain links to websites, platforms, exchanges, liquidity providers, payment providers, verification providers, analytics providers, social media platforms, trading platforms, and other third-party services. Finotive does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, policies, security, availability, or practices. Third-party terms and privacy notices may apply.

14. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Finotive name, Finotive logo, website content, designs, software, user interfaces, trade names, marks, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant Finotive group entity. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any Finotive intellectual property except as expressly permitted in writing.

15. No warranty

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Although Finotive aims to keep information accurate and up to date, Finotive does not guarantee that the website, website content, legal notices, product descriptions, platform access, or third-party integrations will be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
